We got back from Dayton tonight at a relatively early time! Since the weather was still nice, and the sun wouldn't be going down for another two hours I decided to go for a run. I seriously got into running this past year, I was never a runner in high school or college. Running was always a forbidden activity when I was a ballerina, running was bad for the shins, and hard on our knees. I love running not only because running is a good workout, but running has a way of helping me clear my mind. I use running as therapy. I also like that you can watch yourself progress in running. I like seeing the miles I run being run faster, and I love to feel my body and endurance get stronger.
